Well they can never prove I collected the package, so they're going to have to re-deliver.

The note said they left the package on top of the mailboxes.  I live in a huge apartment block, with all the mail boxes by the entrance and the ground floor.  Someone will have come in, and just taken it because it's been left.

Even if it had been signed by someone, if it isn't my signature it's invalid.  No one should legally sign for it but the addressee, I think :)

sounds like Powerbulbs will have to claim back from the courier company.

if my neighbours didn't take in and sign for my parcels i'd never receive anything  :grin: :grin:

Hehe, know what you mean.  I have 3 parcels to collect from the Post Office.  I'm going to get them tomorrow morning, then I can narrow down what the stolen package is :)

I was trying to ascertain whether anyone know who courier they use, to try to narrow things down as soon as possible :)
