Removing Grill and Headlights

Hi guys
just wondering if anyone can explain to me how to remove the grill in detail, as i get stuck when it comes to the bits under the headlights.
plus if anyone can tell me how to remove the headlights and rear lights that would be great!

the grille is all 1 piece...removing the clips also removes the pieces under the lights

i knw bt the pieces under the lights wont come off. and there isnt a gap to check for clips or anythin? :S

theres some small clips in that youll need a small screwdricer to undo... under the bottom of the grille located in the middle of the lights

boney is right as you pull the grill away slightly under each headlamp you poke a screwdriver in and unclip the grill.
