....Always try and be happy with what you've got rather than what you haven't, mafri. I know it's sometimes tricky but there's always something newer, bigger and better. Anyway, if you want more power consider a remap - Stage1 will match a standard Ed30's performance.

I hate 2 things about the ED30:

- The alloys
- The red stitching

The original GTI will always be GOD!

PERIOD!

Lived with it for a week now and I think it breaks up the interior nicely, not too dull and not too garish.  Wish the damn thing was run in though!

Just been sitting in the motor, on the drive, in the pouring rain.

I love the half-leather & red stitching... just this side of tasteful. Love the pescaras... look so much better in the flesh, deep paint and dark grey finish. Really loving the ambient red and blue interior glow, love the white iMac exterior, loving the privacy glass, loving the 3-door simplicity, loving the urge when the power kicks in (trying really hard to be good running in), I’ve had nothing but praise for my car.

Petrol heads at work were blown away and called it ‘Well Phat’... I took that as a compliment!

I really liked my 4-Mo for 6-years... as you can guess I’m totally in love with my ED30.

Certain cars suit certain colours and IMO the GTI and ED30 look awesome in Candy White... discuss!

Enjoy... Hotrod

I didn't really like the red stitching, but it wouldn't put me off an ED30. I really didn't like the cheap looking ED30 logo on the aluminium dash inserts though. However, if I were spending that kinda doh on a car, I'd be tempted to spend a little more on an R32.
