you might be able to get one through your local clifford installer/retailer.
i managed to get one for my toad alarm recently.

if you go to
www.clifford.com
dont click on the brittish flag click on america! (otherwise you wont get the manuals!!!) then click on guides and then click on other you will see all of cliffords alarms
falcon 2 is there this is the ownsers manual
its in pdf!!!
only the american site has the manuals....
thats 1 peoblem sorted.......right...who's nexted!
