Yes, but how much would you have to pay to have them fitted! and how much would they be to but individually!

Intake
MAF housing
Inlet hose
APR DV adapter
Garrett turbocharger
Oil/coolant lines
Outlet hoses
APR Intercooler
High pressure fuel pump
APR fuel injectors
Exhaust manifold, downturn and downpipe inc cat.

There's a few bobsworth there.

Shame mine is DSG - but they wouldn't need one of those anyway as they have their own!

100% agree with what RedRobin said, nobody will want to buy tuned cars (would you??)

Also, haven't you read Wolfbane's post, he has 330hp and 435Nm of torque, and that is ENOUGH already, wheels are spinning left and right in 3rd and 4th gear, imagine what it would be like with 380hp and 500+ torques - a total nuissance!

people wanting stage III for their E30 Golfs are either hard-core track drivers (dry track, of course), or completely deranged.

P.S. That kind of power would be nice for say S3 or TTS, but then you need new clutch at least. And I'd be worried about engine life, since it would be hard to sell a car hard-tuned like that anyway.

....I don't think that nobody wants to buy a tuned car but it's pushing the envelope so hard (Stage3 + big numbers) that's the problem - Too many stresses.

I don't have any plans as yet to sell mine and don't know how difficult it will be but I'm thinking that a switchable Stage1 with sensible hardware mods like mine plus very regular servicing and maintenance history, to an enthusiast shouldn't be impossible. Either way, I've modded the car for me and not the next owner!
