My mate had no end of problems with them, I know you didnt buy it of them direct but when he did they sent and charged for 2 clutches. He sent one back and was charged £15 re stocking charge...... And when he phoned up he said "look mate can we sort this" And straight away the bloke at techniclutch said "im not ure mate"!!! 
Nice customer service! Just a word of warning for anyone going to buy from them.
Oh and his clutch lasted 6 months and then had to be replaced again.......
Perhaps his one a one off?
It goes to show you could have the best product on the market, but with attiude, penny pinching (£15) and poor customer service, then the name Techniclutches get grouped as a bad product as a whole.
When using any company you want thw whole package from then, good product that works, support & back up, help and advice, Good customer serivce.
If you buy online they cannot charge you a restocking fee if it is with in 14 days of delivery.
