Yup off the DVLA website. As long as you have the reg and manufacturer you can get that info on any car.

From the pics it looks like it could be on top of the coloumn as I can't see it on the switch panel. Bit difficult to tell for sure from the pic as the steering wheel obscures both.

If its on the steering column then the wiring is what you would find in a post 90 Golf ?
