no need to take them off trust, unless your paint job is crappy then you'll have no worries..my bumper had been resprayed poorly and it didnt do it any good but the vw standard job coped perfectly well with the heat gun on full wack :)

oh and hammond you a leg-end, cant thank you enough for the heat gun info :D nice one fella, guna oil mine up now to try and hold the colour for a while longer :)
