Up untill now i just thought its the fitment thats different...

i think at least about 30% of car models have H1's as headlights...

Just get some decent ones... I got 2x Philips plus ultra vision or something .... claimed they were upto 60% brighter.... for £10 i think.

Theyre certainly very bright and very white!!!

the higher the k rating on the bulb the whiter the light.. i have 6500k h1 bulbs and they are proper white..normal bulbs are 4000k and are yellow....

I cant find the rating for the Osram Silverstar bulbs that im probably going to get tomo..... Hmmmmm Any ideas on their K rating. they say they are white light 50% better.

Cheers, that the exact site i was looking at, they dont mention the rating on any of their bulbs....... How annoying. Maybe if i get 1 set, and see how they fair. And if they are good, i will also get some for the full beam.

get some ice blue side lights bulbs too...look much better and brighter

They ostram ones are 12v 55w same as the halogen ones i have now. Yeah, i need side light bulbs, i broke one today! When i bought my new head lamp, now im fight the temptation to replace teh other headlamp, that now isnt as shiny as the new one! AHAH.

yeh boney ,

I had the 501 phillips blue vision sidelights on my alfa...

werent really blue... but they were brighter and whiter ... no yellow

£4.99 for 2 they were

mine are 233 philips blue bulbs and arn't blue but crisp white.. why they are called blue vision is anyones guess
