wheels et help
« on: 10 February 2008, 21:21 »
Hi i'm currently running 6*14" ET35, have seen some rims that i like the are 6.5*16 ET43, other than keeping the rolling radius the same, can anyone seen an issue with the ET on a mk2?

cheers

They'll sit quite far in, 10mm spacers will push it out to a more reasonable ET33.

For a mk2 they are 4 stud x 100 PCD unless you put mk3 stuff on, hubcentric spacers are the ones that stop wheels wobbling. :)

Probably got lost in the "Great Crash of 08

Probably not on 10mm spacers. That guy is covering his arse, you should be ok.

non centric 10mm ones are fine, plenty of hub lip left sticking out for the wheel to centre on.  bigger than around 12-15 is where you start to need hub-centric.
