Any ideas don't want to use a scrapper as it might damage the heater elements.

Hairdryer or heat gun and then Meths on a soft rag usually breaks it up

I just pulled mine off and soapy water + sponged them, didn't work too well so wouldn't recommend it!

Although not on the element sections. I have found a sharp 'stanley' type blade works well with a soapy solution, really does the trick. Just scrap the stuff off!

3rd on the hair dryer or heat gun. Also use alot of patients, I've personally used the heat to pull old tint off my windows. As the sticker get pulled downward try heat and or different combos. Try mayo too, spred it on the sticker itself and let sit for a bit. The oil in the mayo softens the glue and sticker.

Heat gun sounds good kill 2 birds with one stone.
1 get the 20 year old stickers off.
2 finally use some of those tools I spent all my money on.
Just need it to stop raining so might be able to get this done in September some time.
