Drops in no problem, use 16v box and fit your 90mm drive flanges to match the shafts or use the 8v box with a 16v pressure plate and a 8v centre. Top and bottom hoses are a mix and match job, I used a modified 16v throttle cable, mk1 8v radiator seems to work ok. What fuel system are you using?.

8v fuel pump works no problem. The main problem is the inlet manifold, the throttle body is on the drivers side so you have to fit the metering unit on the o/s or run a long inlet pipe to the metreing unit on the n/s. Or buy a rare inlet manifold from a 16v scirocco (check parts for sale) Fit the 16v metering unit onto the 8v air box (after cutting the sh!te out of it ;)) and use the stainless injector pipes from the 8v.
