now thats cool, but its a 16v engine, not an 8v

The picture I posted with the S/C is an 8v engine. We didn't get a 16v Mk3 in the US.

Dont you listen mikester, he even explained that earlier in this post stoopid  :drool:

The lumps we have over here have the inlet manifold and exhaust of the back side of the head, the american ones have the inlet on the front side of the head, then the inlet wraps over the top just like the valver over here.

And theres nowt wrong with charging an 8v, just look at the g60

they have them in the netherlands too in 1.6 version and the screws use to come out in vvt flap and get sucked in the engine and made them die a horriable death ,100bhp they was  :smiley:

mk3 golf 1.8t ,280mm front brakes rear disc conversion,coillies.

im just trying to find out how to sort out the fuelling side of it boney, im wondering whether i can run a rising rate fpr.

I need to get some pipework and my uncles going to knock up the brackets.
