MK2 Dash tweeters

I have a MK2 and have had to remove the 2 dash speeakers as they were crackling .

Only problem is I don't know what to put in thier place or where to buy them from..

Any help would be appreciated.

Well... what are you looking to achieve? Have you got the lower speakers in the door panels?

You could buy a set of components from about 50 quid, fit the midrange in the doors and the tweeters either in the dash top or elsewhere such as the top of the door cards.

Like said, do you have the speakers in the door pockets? If you do, then get a new component set, if not, then get some grills and a component set, or just replace the dash speakers with new ones or 2nd hand if on a budget

ive gor a set of vibe tweeters brand new and they come with all different mounting options such as holding plates as well as sunken option and sit down option there 15 pound iif you want them i have 2 sets in the car you dont need crossovers or anything as this have a diode on them to stop to much power from blowing them let me know
