I got a headlamp on ebay to replace a cracked one, was cheap and in excellent condition!
As for leds you might want to try
www.ultraleds.com. You will need to either use 12v leds or use standard leds and solder in a 12v resistor (on either leg) or your leds won't light! Be sure to get the led the correct way round as well, solder pos leg to pos terminal and vice versa.
The wide angled frosted variety are good as they spread the light out (or get normal and file the tip down). They come in a variety of colours and different brightnesses so it's good to try out different ones to get the right look.
The elec window switches are a bastard to do (or I found they were - dificult to get back together properly). I gave up on them and bought new switches! But have experience of this as did all the lights in my fiesta with blue ones, a bit chavvy I know but it was fun to do!
