I'm with Dec MK2..........

Not being Nosey BUT HOW THE HELL DO YOU AFFROD A BRAND NEW GTI!!!! at your age!!!????????????

im 32 and can't afford one!!!!..... 'Yet'

After you paid your insurance and filled the car up each week I guess you have NO money left?

I'm doing something wrong!!

No offence but I don't think it is anyones business how someone funds, affords or pays for whatever. Gary is still at college, but is gonna be working offshore in the near future.

£1800 to insure a GTI at the age of 18 in the UK where insurance is supposed to be sky high...not too bad....im sure it does depend on where you are living, where you park your car etc?

My hometown is Liverpool... most of the kiddies there fund their car purchases through drug dealing... and they drive much nicer vehicles than Golf GTi's - indeed, when I visited family at Christmas I was told my car war "nothing special - everyone wannabe has one"
Enjoy the car Gary... Tornado red just like mine - good taste

Mk 5 GTi, Tornado Red, Leather, Xenons, 18" Monza II's, Sunroof, 6CD in Armrest, Winter pack & Tinted Windows... soon to be adding ED30 front spoiler, plus R32 sideskirts... then getting fully colour coded!
New engine fitted when car was at 27k... last one went "noisey".
