i drilled the box in the vr, sounds far better and lets more air into the box, just need to sort a filter out.

My Car was stupidly loud....

I did a mini service changing filters etc, opened the air box and the filter in there was tiny!

I put a correct fitment one it, and while i was there i found that my airbox was drilled!!

With the correct filter though it sounds a little quiter!

It is still very loud though!

do you buy the cold air feed or make one also what would happen if you had 2 holes at the front of the box next to the wingside

you buy one. Ebay sell them cheap.

search cold air feed.

I took the snorkel out of the front of the box (the main air flow feed) and ran my cold air feed in there with gauze on both ends of the cold air feed to stop sh!te getting in.

I've run mine out the front of the air box.. then down to the vent in the front bumper (next to the air temp sensor) I only used a small mount of cold feed pipe (which i got from work haha - better quality aswell)

I got mine from work lol...

not 100% sure where u can get them from... but you could use a Sivv... and cut the gauze out of it and fit it to the cold feed pipe with a jubilee or cable ties??
