hi can any one help me i took the window winder mechanisum out of my golf to day to fit electric windows but they didnt fit so i put the manual mechanisum back but now wen i wind the winod up it is realy stiff does any one no wot ive done wrong and how to cure it please please help me

I'd say grease your pole, so to speak.
Slap some grease on the mechanism and WD40 any joints etc, that's what I'd do first.

wen i wind the windows down its realy tight untill they get about 8inches from the top and then it gets easyer (still hard to wind) and the same wen i wind them back up(gets tight about 8inches from the top)
