for the coolant channel, simply drill the hole in the same place, size & angle as the driver head.  Its only aluminium so noit too hard! Start with a small drill bit & work yr way up :)

I put a GTi cam in my Driver a few months ago. I also have the Weber carb. mines on the std exhaust and air box with a K&N element.

The first thing I noticed was how much more induction noise I had from the engine, it sounded really good. The second thing is the torque. You get loads more torque in the mid range, you don't have to ring its neck to get around. The actual top end performance I would say feels similar. The engine seems to rev quicker and have loads more grunt. Worth doing.
