You fitted a new outer CV joint a couple of days ago and its clicking already
Something must be wrong...........even a cheap pattern one should last longer than a couple of days.
Thoroughly packed with grease? New circlip? Definately pushed and 'located' onto the shaft?

Are you sure the noise is from the o/s outer joint?.

Unusual for the inners to go before the outers

If you have worn cv joints, does the steering shake slightly too?

I have seen worn inner cv joints giving a slight wheel wobble as you accelerate.
