What is ET51 or ET45 ?What ET are the VW Monza's and what ET should the replicas be?I thought replicas were exactly that - replicas of the original vw monza alloys or am i wrong?

Best you can do is give them a thin coat of wd40 after you have washed them which should be at least once a week during the winter months.

I've had two coats on for about 2 months and still need no more than a rinse to wash off the grime
maxamus, i found these and was going to buy but looking at my funds i cannot afford them, they are origanal monzas with conti sports, for £995 new, if you were goin to spend over 700 for reps then surley you can finf and extra couple of hunderd for these.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Genuine-MK5-Golf-GTI-18-Alloy-wheels-tyres_W0QQitemZ110181762755QQihZ001QQcategoryZ9888QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
I do have a set of Pescara 18" for sale with Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 XL tyres , plus some other bits, keyring, GTI mats, fascia for stereo for single din fit and boot liner, all VW parts (less the fascia) as my GTI is going very soon.

Im going to see if i can get some replicas which are 51 offsets.Im not too keen on spending a thousand pounds on ebay. I'll have to pay another amount to get them fitted on top of that.
