Anyone tried it on the Eurotunnel? just wondering if you can get up the ramps ok?

....I've been on the Eurotunnel quite a few times with my OSIR spoiler (see pic in earlier post). I reckon my spoiler is fractionally lower than the Ed30. I signal to the loading guys that I need the lower deck on the trains and they always oblige. The front overhang is quite a lot on the Mk5 GTI and that creates the potential problem both for up and down a sudden change in angle.

One way of reducing the problem is to approach such changes in incline at an angle instead of straight on - If the layout allows.

Gotta throw my 2 cents in.....

But my moms stock Peugeot 206 has more clearance problem than the GTI
