Mk3 speaker recommendations

As above any recommendations for upgrade - would prefer custom fit or minimal wiring

I take it you're not intending to amp them - if so look for something with high sensitivity - some of the lower end alpines work well from headunit power if I remember rightly.

depends on your hu..just remember hu that say 50wx4 really means 25wx4.... 50w is max rating, just not stated clearly anywhere!

ok.. that sounds old school! deffo get sum low rated alpines...coaxial with angled tweeters

Becker are right up there as far as sound quality are concerned - one of the best.

I'm a little ignorant as far as mk3s are concerned, but if they have seperate tweeter, obviously it's worth going for some components,  If not go the co-ax route as recommended above.

Shame you don't want to amp - would make a world of difference.  Becker + good quality amp + quality speakers = amazing music!

tried amp and sub before and the bluetooth did not work, didn't get volume from the person phoning me otherwise would have transferred over from my previous car :cry:

I got 6.5" comps up front and a pair of 6"s in the parcel tray.
Not into subs much, i want my bootspace and my hearing in 20 years  :tongue:
