Whats ythe tightening process for this?

Is it as tight as you can get by hand when its in the air, then finally tourque it when its on the ground, or is all tightening go on when the wheels are on the ground?

Torque it up whenever you like.

I thought it was usually bolts that go through bushes that it was good practice to fully torque with wheels on the ground to ensure they are properly seated and so as not to put an unusual stress in the bush and cause premature wear.

I'll leave it to Chris to explain.

I'm pretty sure it was to do with this anyway......
