Did a quick search lol... mk4 alloy callipers ey... the only thing i see about them is its mentioned about the flexi hose. would i need to get some made up lenght and union wise.. or can mk4 hoses be used? .. i assume rear pads and discs are the same across mk2/3/4 ... also any mk4 with rear discs right?

aparently mk4 are just alloy versions of mk3 with a different hose attachment but you can get hose adapter to fit mk4 calipers

the quick search i did seems to say that the mk4 alloy ones have a different h/brake arrangment and dont seize up like mk2's... i know a place that makes braided hoses, a few quid per hose is it just a case of getting a braided hose thats the same length as the mk2 standard hose with a different end for the mk4 calliper?

Searched again.. the same h/brake cables on late mk2's, mk3's and mk4's so can use my current one...all hoses appear to be the same length from the rear beam but mk4's use a banjo bolt connection so need to get a couple of mk4 hoses or just take a mk2 flexi to this place know and get them copied, braided and with different ends on. lick of hammerite jobs a good one by the looks of it
