Yea, its sounds like you need to grow up or get a different car mate.

Also, what ever happened to commas, fullstops, question marks, capital letters etc?

Its hard to follow your thread without these.

I will be giving you a test next week, so get revising your english grammar.

whats the problem, i did onewheel spin why do i need to grow up? when did i say i burnout all the time? I dont recall saying that cant we just leave it now I cant belive many lectures ive got as if i do burnouts all the time, all i did was spun the wheels in first and second to see how far i could push it before traction was lost i respect cars  i think its been taken out of context, and I know my spelling grammer isnt perfect as i have an illness so am poor at concentration on pc and studying etc and get very tired, but ok at repetitive tasks like driving etc as its moving object its hard to explain so wont go into it, thank for telling me, I will go over my comments with a fine tooth comb next time didnt realise  it had to be so formal

also are you all telling me you all have never done a wheel spin once or a few times over the years or from losing traction, I find it hard to belive its easy to lose traction in rain and spin the wheels in first and second all i did was keep it spinning  for a few seconds till it regained traction, i only ever asked as its smelt a bit (the clutch) which has now gone
my last car had great traction a audi a4 t sport so it didnt wheel spin as easily, all i ever did was it as only got it a while ago
I didnt expect applaudes and cheers for doing it i know its bad for cars, I asked about the smell in the first place youve got me all wrong bout not repecting car and burnouts etc, i f iwa slike that id just say a sthere enough people about like that in my county
I cant belive the stick ive got of this bet you think acual people who do wheel spin/burnout all time are

If you had any idea how much damage that can do to your car you would not do burnouts!!

It kills the clutch, gear box, drive shaft... All sorts,  it realy is NOT good for a car.

Not jumping on the bandwagon of "burnouts - bad idea" (which they are).
But I think you should qualify what you actually did.

It sound's like what you did was equivalent of spinning the wheels when pulling off from traffic lights too quickly when wet, which I'm sure we've all done, I certain have.
I don't think you'd be dumb enough to go on a "cruze" and do burnouts with the hand-brake on revving the nuts off the poor car, leaving rubber trails all over the McD's car park, because that would be stupid.

If your car had serious work done to the head just before you got it, you should certainly let it bed in for the first 1000miles, no high revs till it's warm and don't thrash it, the previous owner should have told you that.

Anyway, glad the smell has gone now.
