solid mount att joe

fitted the solid mount in last week that joe form the forum sold me thanks joe, to me has made a huge differance no more engine rocking when putting the foot flat down
As for the viberations hardly have none just a small bit in the sunroof but will get around to shorting it out someday
and on start up it gives a bit of bigger kick but nothing to bad :laugh: :smiley: :grin:

fitting front solid mount
it took me less than 20 min to all you need to do is
 place a jack under the gearbox with a bit of wood between the box and jack  raise the jack up untill it just makes contact with the box lossen the top nut untill off then go under the car remove the bolts 13mm and 16mm jack the box up so the mount can move slide the mount out i took it out the side of the oil filter found there to be more room this side
fit new mount in may require longer bolts for the 16mm under the car lower the box a small bit put all bolts then lower all the way tighten up bolts i used some lock thread on them and job done  :laugh:

@ Rowlers. Get a jack under the sump with a wide peice of wood between them, jack it up until you see the engine move up a bit then undo the 3 bolts and swap the old for new. About 10-20 minutes work.

How much do these mounts cost, I seriously need one otherwise I'll keep knocking the exhaust off.
