Once you pull the needles off you cant get them to read accurately again. :embarassed:

Just change the lot. You can just change the speedo section and leave the original rev counter section in place

If you look at this page, http://www.4130-products.com/step/install/index.htm and just read the parts for removing and replacing the needles, you should be fine.

I had a set of clocks that I wanted to mess about with, but the needle didn't come to rest just after the the needle stop, it wanted to go beyond the clock/mile counter, so I got another set instead.

the trick to removing & replacing the speedo needle is as it says in that guide, before you pop the needle off lift it over the stop and make a note of where it stops, then make sure you put it back on the same way!

If you just swap the clocks over they should read correctly, but if not you just have to swap the speedo gear on the gearbox end.  Carefully lift it out (the gear likes to fall off the end into the box which isnt good!) and swap it over.  There are 2 types for petrol engined cars, you have a white & a red one.  Simply swap it over to the other colour :)
