I have had this problem  ( along with most others from my dodgy wiring days! taught me a lot!) but it was long, long ago and I cant remember the exact cause or how i sorted it.

you may have a loose connection somewhere but its more probably a short with one of your wires.

did you wire everything up? ( I only ask because if you did, it is going to be cheaper and easier for you to sort it)

are you using uprated door speakers or componants? are they in the standard location using the standard wiring?

does it do it as soon as you switch it on and turn it up, or, just after its been on for a while and then turned up?

does it pop/click when you turn the headunit on or turn the volume up and down?

I would start by simple trouble  shooting, disconnect the amp earth and the cap earth and see if the HU does it on its own.

yes i wired it all up and i am using alpine 6.5 inch components in the front doors and alpine 6.5 inch coaxals in the back panels the head unit is a jvc camelion and all the wires to the headunit r standard except the the speaker wires and there is no popin wen i turn the ignition on or off no wering or interferance wen i rev the engine.it only switches off, its as if its pulling to much power

how are the speaker wires not standard? are they ran from HU through the doors ect.?

have you got a link to your head unit you could post? if its over about 55w x 4 that will probably explain things.

when you say the HU wires are standard are they the usual all - in - one black connector?
if they are, unclip the block and look at all the connections inside, make sure none look bent or as if they have been.

does it do it straight away? or when its been on a while?

have you disconnected all other equiptment except the HU and it still does it? ( it probably will but its worth a try.)
