It's just the bog standard Tornado Red.

I must admit I thought it was going to be too "orange" when I first ordered it, but it's actually a really "eye catching" red. I can see my car from a mile away when it's in the car park!

The car is smashing looks like a killer but im not to keen on the cloth on the seats of the red gti looks a bit grandady.
Thats my opinion anyways. No one got one with leather???

erh unfortunatly, only full leather is available on the Standard Mk 5 GTi  :grin:, You dont get the choice, if you hate Tartan, you dont buy an Edition 30 end of. :sick: But the "Grandaddy" as you put it, eats G60's for snax  :wink:

Great looking GTI!!!
Red sure looks good and i've warmed very much to it after seeing one on the road. Red is the official GTI colour after all!

I got the Pearlesent Magic Black paint on mine and just ordered some touch up paint from the stealers which i will pick up on friday.



PS. No "EDITION 30" Badge on the rear?????????

That was the first thing I noticed during the PDI! One is on back order for me and they're going to put it on when they sort out a slight "ding" on one of my alloys  :sad:

Errr.. I think WHITE is official GTI color.

And the front lip looks different, non-stock, looks like Votex aftermarket part.  :undecided:
