Great looking GTI!!!
Red sure looks good and i've warmed very much to it after seeing one on the road. Red is the official GTI colour after all!

I got the Pearlesent Magic Black paint on mine and just ordered some touch up paint from the stealers which i will pick up on friday.



PS. No "EDITION 30" Badge on the rear???

Errr.. I think WHITE is official GTI color.

Hi all!

This is my first post to these forums, so be kind!

I'm a new Ed30 owner having had to wait for a painful 12 weeks from order to delivery. It was definitely worth the wait though!

Here's the spec:
 - Tornado Red
 - 3 door, manual box
 - Xenons
 - DVD Sat Nav + 6 CD changer
 - Parking Sensors
 - Armrest
 - Highline computer

Was ordered from Beadles near Maidstone, Kent.

I got the little beasty last Tuesday and it's already wracked up 600 miles. Any excuse to drive it!!  It's quite a difference from the 1.9 130 PS TDI Passat I had before this!

I'll add some photos once I've uploaded them to the Web.

Looks great John, picked mine up a week ago last Mon and I've only covered 350 miles. Been too busy at work  .  However, this weekend  .  Can't believe they forgot to put the badge on! Have you got any pics of the ding in the wheels?

I know I was a bit surprised too. The stealer said some come badged and other don't... hmmmm...

I'll take a photo of the "ding" tonight - it's nothing much but when I pay £25K for a car I expect everything to be perfect.

The badge and wheel are being sorted on Tuesday

That's rubbish, they all come with the badge, its part of the Ed30 package.  Sounds just like the tail I was told about when I saw the Steel Grey Ed30 with the dodgy rear bumper down in Buckinghamshire and we all know what happened there.
