My new Edition 30!
« on: 30 May 2007, 09:30 »
Hi all!

This is my first post to these forums, so be kind!

I'm a new Ed30 owner having had to wait for a painful 12 weeks from order to delivery. It was definitely worth the wait though!

Here's the spec:
 - Tornado Red
 - 3 door, manual box
 - Xenons
 - DVD Sat Nav + 6 CD changer
 - Parking Sensors
 - Armrest
 - Highline computer

Was ordered from Beadles near Maidstone, Kent.

I got the little beasty last Tuesday and it's already wracked up 600 miles. Any excuse to drive it!!  It's quite a difference from the 1.9 130 PS TDI Passat I had before this!

I'll add some photos once I've uploaded them to the Web.

Cheers
John a.k.a FatManc

car looks great the wait for mine is killing me - get some of this for your wheels a couple of coats and it makes cleaning them so much easier

Holy ^%#%!!!!!!

Now that is very very very sexy (Excuse my choice of words)
This is the first edition 30 i have seen on this site that I actually think looks stunning. The red and those rims go well. I also like the silver. But damn, I'm rethinking my opinion on this car

Congrats. Thats a very nnice car.

I must admit I was torn between the black, white and red when ordering but as my previous car was black and white is hard to keep clean, I went with red!

It certainly does turn heads when driving round my home town!

But you're right - GTI's look great in any colour...

Cheers
