if they are glued on then run a hairdryer or heat lamp along the length of them to soften the glue, then get a piece of fishing line and pull it through behind the trims.

left over glue can be removed with tar remover or petrol

also, if u take them off u will still have the holes there?!?
Mine didnt have holes there when i removed them! :smug:

Did you leave the arches on as well?
I'm having a good mess with the car today so will see what i find

I've taken my arches off at the moment and I quite like the look of it need to decide about the side strips and what to do it looks a bit rat look with the holes where the arch clipped on :laugh:

Probably got lost in the "Great Crash of 08
