shark fin aerial

got one of these at the weekend.i was that impresed i thought i would share my find with you. the reception is spot on, picks up everything. i did have to swap the conector as it was fitted with the older style vw connector.

That's exactly what I need, was it easy to fit, I assume you had to drop the roof lining. :smiley:

just the black plastic strip at the back of the roof lining has to be removed, then you can get your hand inside the roof lining with the spanner to undo the aerial.  :wink:

When you say you had to swap the conector, are they easily available?

i just cut the original cable 3 inch in on both and soldered the wires together hey presto  :cool:
