Help ME Please!!!!

Hey all,

I have just bought a new head unit for my MK2 but i haven't got the con block conection to just plug my ISO into so can anyone tell me what colour speaker wire goes where???

Done it YAY took a bit of plugging in and unplugging but its all up and running now yay!!!!!

are you sure you have the + and - the right way round though? its very important, well, it is if you want your system to sound any good. ill help you sort it out if you are unsure.

I think so the guy who cut the cons off used them crimping conectors to wire the stereo in but like a cleaver man he used the male conector for the negative and the female for the positive!

I found that little bit out because the rear speakers have the same colour wire from head unit to speaker so i followed your advise from a previous post and checked the black conection on the original speakers YAY!

The system sound sweet i wish i could have had the car ready for santa pod it would have been nice to let you guys have a look and give me some advise on what more i could do!!!!

i was going to come down and have a go on the 1/4 mile on sunday just gone to get a time the standard car then have loads of work done to thew engine and take in back to get my even faster time YAY but my exhaust fell off on wednesday and i am still waiting for my new one to turn up BOO!!!

you should come down to the drag racing weekends, if you can make it, see some proper 1/4 miles!!!!! its intense if you have never been. definatley highly reccomended. we are going to one in a few weeks, ill find out when if you want, i know its not too much £Â£Ã‚£ to get in. not good about you zorst, bet it sounds good though!

Defo let me know when it is and ill be there, i live in sheffield its only about an hour n half away from the pod-age so can get down no problems!!!!

its the last weekend in may, so longer away than i thought! ill find out cost for you tomorrow. it was better before they ran the monsters off tear gas, you could get really close when they started up, you still can, but if you havnt got a full face gas mask to hand.....!
