the notch on the crank pulley lines up with an arrow on the cambelt cover, but if you can use the punch mark on the flywheel as its more accurate. Though you need to remove the green bung to see it which can be a pain!
Ignore the intermediate shaft marks, just line the rotor arm up with the notch in the dizzy.
The cam pulley OT marks will line up with the arrow on the inner cambelt cover if you have a later plastic one which is in 2 halves, if you have the single piece metal one you need to line up the punch mark on the back of the pulley with the top of the cam cover
