There are another two bolts at the bottom of the cover. One is, or it is on mine, an allen head and the other is I think a 10mm bolt head. I can´t remember if you need to remove the second pulley. If it is the cam belt pulley, then it stays on. As for stopping the crankshaft rotating, use a socket with a long extention, preferably 1/2 inch drive with a ratchet handle, onto the pulley bolt and hold it in position with that, whilst undoing the smaller bolts with another socket and ratchet. It can be a little fiddley, but persevere and it will work. Don´t worry about loosening the crankshaft pulley bolt. The torque on that is silly foot pounds and it SHOULD stay tight.
