i can vouch for the cam i just done it on mkine huge difference, only the carb and the filter to go lol. gambit u sure the 8v gti manifold fits??

When you hang around a civic forum all you get is constant abuse for driving a VW. I went to GSF but they dont stock em. Then they told me to go find a breakers. So im having a sniff around the I-net for the parts. Thanks for the advice. Its nice to finally hear some good comments about my car
