Cheers Sean. No goldfish but annoying. I had a feeling it had been mentioned somewhere that the units are not sealed to keep heat down hence moisture can come and go a little.
No headlights are actually sealed - they usually have little "L" shaped rubber breather tubes on the rear of the units. You might be able to find them near the bulb access rubber covers.
OK, more importantly then, can I do anything to get rid (i.e. hair dryer in breather) and then anything to stop it returning?
Alas, I've yet to find a solution. Four cars (2 Vauxhalls, an Audi and the GTI) with Xenons have all suffered the same probs - tried the hair dryer, tried taking the headlamps out and leaving them in the airing cupboard - bloody condensation still comes back. Its obviously worse in the winter with the lower ambient temps, so I just live with it!

If you do manage to find a cure - then bloody Patent it, and you'll never have to work again!!
