Sorry for the late response, but the dealer would sell it at full retail as it is, in their eyes a new car.  It was a 5 door with DSG and a few other bits, so off the top of my head, around the 25k mark.  I'll have to ask if I go back again.

I emailed Mr Paul Willis - Director of Volkswagen UK and got the following response:

Thank you very much for pointing this out to me.
I have asked my Head of Operations to contact the retailer and ask them what is going on.  Please give us a few days to investigate and we'll come back to you.

Just popped over from the GII site and read what is going on. You may want to direct the manager of that eastablishment onto this site for him to ponder on. I am sure he does not want this sort of thing going onto the internet. You may be sure that he may do the right thing if he see´s this!! :smiley:

Can't wait to find out what they say!!

They got a brand new grey Ed30 at my local dealer. I asked them why it didn't have a black bumper!!  :grin:

Went on to explain what I meant and they were laughing like hell. They did say it was poor show tho!!
