R32 Rear bumper and exhaust
« on: 29 January 2007, 18:13 »
Hi all. does anyone know if a R32 exhaust will be suitable to fit onto a GTI? I love the style of the R32 rear bumper and also fancied beefing up the exhaust tips with either a quad or R32 style twin. I had a custom exhaust fitted on my previous car and it was a disaster so this time I want to be completely sure. Also I don't want nothing too loud. Any recommendations or info would be much appreciated.

I can get an R32 bumper from awesome gti but my main problem is does an R32 exhaust fit a gti. My last performance exhaust caused my mpg to rocket - does this usually happen with performance exhausts?

It should make a difference if any thing increase the MPG. Are you sure it wasn't your driving style that changed?

Nope I always ragged my mini. But the mpg decrease a lot more quickly with my exhaust on. driving style has definately changed since i got me gti tho. just sit back, chill out and cruise along.
