Indicators still work when the ignitions off ?????

As above when the ignition is off the indicators work, the parking light for the same side comes on as well ? (the green turn signal LED doesn't come )  I'm baffled by this one and would appreciate any help, thanks

i thought that was normal, well the indicators bit as the hazards work when the ignition off i don't know is this is the case with mine?

Do you mean the indicators keep blinking when ignition is off?  


If its just the parking light its supposed to do that mate.  If your car is parked sticking out too far on the road then you use this for safety. (well i use it for things like this anyway)

When the ignition is off the indicators still work when I move the stalk up or down and at the same time the parking light for that side is on, if I pull in and turn the car off, take the keys out and then put the left parking light on the indicator's on the same side flash as well (and I don't mean the hazards)

Is there an after market alarm fitted and if so when? could be dodgy wiring from the indicator stalk during fitment?

I did have an old alarm removed because it no longer worked but wouldn't that have been connected up via the hazard warning circuit ?
