Haha sweet deal, did you fit it yourself? it's probably too biga job for a n00b like me, and too expensive to get it done professionally!  :sad: hohum, something will turn up... 1.6 3dr black manual with PAS ohhhhhh this is guna b a long wait! lol

Not that bad really, I'd much prefer to do the job on a carby due to the downpipe, splits really easy and no need to undo any of the manifolds to pull the engine out :)

I managed to grab a 1991 Ryder of eBay for £500 a few weeks ago with 65K on the clock. I have to admit I thought the steering was really heavy at first, then I took it to have the tracking checked out and turns up it was way out. 7mm I think the mechanic said but from the look on his face I think it was a lot :undecided:. Drives ok now :smiley:.

Having fitted PAS on my non-PAS GTI, I'm never going back :)

I can confirm non PAS on big/fat rims is a no-no  :cry:
