lowering a mk4
« on: 20 January 2004, 17:35 »
i have fitted a set of springs but the back is still a little high. Is there any way of brining the rear down a bit more without fitting coilovers???Cheers Starry 8)

Do what most people do...get huge subs and heavy sub boxes. Should sort the back end out ;) :P

Face it, the mk4 is a blimp! ... its SOOO high up.

what springs u got? I heard you need a 60mm drop for the mk3/4 to remove the sizable arch gaps.

try awesomeGTIstore cos im pretty sure they do them... 40mm MIGHT be ok... but unsure.

if u just wanna stiffen the rear end up, just fire sum V6 springs onto it cos im sure their stiffer.
