This is the first NEW car i have had and could not believe myself how shiny it was!! It is not the metallic black and after seeing it, i prefer the gloss or pearl, whichever it is!

LOVELY CAR MATE. I love that deep deep gloss look which you cannot get with a Diamond Black car.  Saying that I'd still get Diamond Black, but you car looks absolutely gorgeous.  Its a bit like Tornado Red, my favourite Mk2 colour.  The Mk5 looks the business in red BUT I haven't theguts to order in that colour - never really liked white though.

DSG does come with paddles! Look carefully on picture 3, between the steering wheel and the wiper stalk. Not very clear due to the plastic. Ill have some more photos soon. It has the usual functions of an automatic gearbox, sports setting and slide it over to the left and it goes into tiptronic. Either setting can be over run by another - for example, you can be in drive (normal automatic ) and a flick of the paddle will put you onto changing gears by the paddles. It will also change down and put you into 1st once you have stopped if necessary. Marvelous box.
