Golf vents dont light up but Bora ones do, many people do the conversion to Bora vents.

I'm pretty sure they are talking about the actual heater and fan speed dial lights that dont work. Not the vent lights (which are different on Bora's)

I would imagine you must be able to get behind the centre console and check the bulbs somehow?

its a simple job to fix.
put the heater speed to nukber 2 and pull the knob out with a pair of pliers. (use a rag or somethin wrapped around them so they dont damage the plastic).

There is a small bulb in there that needs changing. a set of pointy nose pliers should get it out.

theres only one bulb for the 3 knobs.
il try and find the part number but if you go to a dealers they should be able to get it for you, only cost about 50p

the bulbs a bit tricky to get out, the way i done it was too break the other bulb with tweezers and then put it out from the wire/fuse inside the bulb...and then solt it in, now works fine!!

thanks ppl
