sounds to me like you have an air leak somewhere, or something has come adrift...

mmmmmmmm dont see why tho it was fine the day before. But if it has an air leak why would it run fine when its warm ? Would it not give me problems all the time ? so like if i go to start it now cause i havent driven it today i would have to keep it revving for about two mins then it will be fine ?

because an air leak will lean out your mixture, and when cold the engine needs to run richer than usual to run properly.  Once the engine has warmed up a bit, the lambda probe is activated and it can compensate for the lean mixture condition.
I think. Maybe.

Edit: At the end of the day it happened after you were fiddling, so maybe something got knocked ;)

Just been looking today and i cant see any signs of an air leak anything else i can try it sounds like when i start the can its getting no fuel it start and dies with in seconds revs really low like your just about to stall then it will die im stuck now ?

Stupid question but how would i know if my fuel pump was on the way out ? Before i had this starting problem there was a funny buzzing sound coming from the back of the car also like where the fuel filter is . I guess the fuel pump is in this area right
