Although this is off topic - i notice you have fitted Angel Eye lights!

Which make did you go for and where did you get them from?
Were there any complications encountered when you fitted them?
How does the halo them work? - what bulbs does it use cause i would like to get my white LED side lights in there somewhere!

I am considering them on mine, cheers geez.  ;D

they are made by FK Automotive and i got them from www.venommotorsport.com

they went on easy just a streight swap with the old ones.the bulbs are the same ones from a gti two per head lamp, the bulbs for the halos are already in.

i dont think you would fit any side lights in.hope this helps you decide, you wont be dissapointed they are a real eye catcher

Yeh they def look awesome. I'm not that into modding the exterior in a big way but the standard lights don't light up the road that well and the Angel Eyes llok the part!

I heard the FK ones are the best - think i'll add em to the list and start saving!!!  ;)

Cheers mate. As for the NOS - not seen a golf thats been Nossed! Don't think many peeps do it!

NOS is a (relatively) inexpensive way of getting power, compared to adding a turbo.

However, it is in no way a substitute.

It depends on what you're looking to achieve - if you want cheap power for a 1/4 mile stormer go for the NOS. If you want to build a properly quick car that won't just be a hit of power every now and then, build a proper low compression engine with a turbo.

Thing is, the latter will cost you about ?4k more!!!!

Use Philips Vision Plus. ... I have excellent lights now.

On another note:

I heard they are only LHD and therefore illegal.

Why dont you just get a bigger engine??

NOS is also illegal for road use and the police will screw you over it.
