People don't spend loads on making scoobies roar, it's the configuration of the engine that does that, as they are a flat four, not a generic 4 pot.

Boxer engine. Sounds so good!

im with phil - a decent panel filter - can get them with millionmile warranty and cleaning kit if u go for K&N or Green Cotton.. a good stainless is cool! damn my standard one....  :evil:

No mate not a Boxster, a 'Boxer' engine layout.

Forget it, just get the pierburg set up correctly. Will get better economy, more response, and won't keep going wrong.

I'd get a K&N Bolt on filter and set up the Peirbourg properly....
It won't 'Roar' as such but it will sound better. May be a b!tch to start in the cold due to you losing the hot air feed.

You mean I would loose the hot air feed from the bolt on over the panel filter?

Don't get an induction cone as they are wank. All they do is suck hot air in from the engine and slow the engine down.
