think i've just sold my car to my brothers mate, £650.. as my dad says if the moneys right...

lookin at a lil polo 1.3 or something to tide me over.. altho theres a tidy G reg gti for £225 with 6 months tax n mot to do me...

hmmm....... kinda upset tbh...

so unfortuantely gaz, i have to piss about cos of pissin insurance! not losin a years no claims, i renew in december!

goto a different insurance company then... your not forced to stay with them at all......you may be suprised that one years no claims makes hardly any difference to a quote.....

why buy a p1ss poor car that you dont really want?? get the one you want and pay that bit extra on insurance, then you will be happy and so will we all!!

yeah but 3 yrs to 2 years makes a big difference on a gti to me at 20. i've looked into it all.. trust me! why lose out on a year, when i can get it cheaper if i hang on for another 2 months? seriousl, im as annoyed as anyone else. and i know some people have a problem with the way im doing things, but its the only way it will work for me, as i need a car, and cant insure the car i want until the beginning of december.

at the end of the day its not wat makes us on the forum happy its watever makes han happy. i wouldnt want to lose a yrs no claims either cos that would mean u are 4 yrs away from full not the 3 she currently is......
